Collect in-store
You can also collect your order free of charge from our premises in Beek, South Limburg. As we are an online shop and do not have a physical shop, collection is only possible by prior arrangement.

Delivery of your order
We dispatch orders on working days, provided the products are in stock. The current stock status is shown on the product page.
We dispatch our parcels via GLS, PostNL or UPS. The carrier is chosen based on the size, weight and type of product. Long or fragile items, such as multi-point locks, are dispatched via UPS.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with track & trace details. This allows you to track your parcel.
We do not dispatch parts via standard letter post. This ensures that your order is traceable and, where possible, dispatched with insurance.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. The delivery times below are indicative and apply to products that are in stock. Delivery times are calculated in working days from the date of dispatch.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs, import or clearance charges may apply. These charges are not always included in the delivery costs and may be charged separately by the carrier or customs authorities.
Product out of stock?
Is a Schüco product out of stock? In that case, we can usually order it for you. The expected delivery time after you place your order is generally 7 to 14 days, depending on availability at Schüco.
Do you need the part sooner? In some cases, you can use our express service. This allows us to deliver many Schüco parts – provided they are available from Schüco – within 3 working days.

Possible delays
We do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. In exceptional cases, a delivery may be delayed, for example due to supply issues at the manufacturer, delays with the carrier or customs clearance for international shipments. If this affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
