Refund policy

You have a 14-day cooling-off period (right of withdrawal) to notify us that you wish to return a product. You must notify us of your return within these 14 days via info@onlineschucoshop.nl.

Once you have notified us, you may return your parcel within 14 days to the following address: Onlineschucoshop.nl, Irenestraat 12, 6191 AV Beek. Please ensure the item is properly packaged to minimise the risk of damage. Please also include your delivery note or a copy of it with your return.

Condition: The product may be tried out and removed from its packaging. However, the product must not be used for any purpose other than to assess it.

Upon receipt of your return, we will check the item for completeness and functionality. If the assessment is positive, your money will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.

You are responsible for the cost of the return delivery. If you order a replacement product, we will deduct the delivery charges from the new order.
